Employees look for win-win outcomes [25-10-2008]

Training in conflict prevention and early resolution is changing expectations. Over half of emplyees (58%)questioned in a recent survey who have had training now look for win-win outcomes from a workplace conflict.

In countries where training is more prevalent, positive outcomes from conflict are far more common.
